Eleven artists from Cannibals continue to show their work at our theater/gallery venue in New York City through the month of August. Hundreds of patrons will be visiting our gallery as they attend FringeNYC, the largest mult-arts festival in North America. A little more information from one of the owners of "The Celebration of Whimsy" in NYC, Stephen Michael Rondel:
Formerly known as The Living Theater, owners Stephen Michael Rondel & Tyler Maganzini invite you to a whimsical venue that promotes artists of the past, present and future. We advertise reasonable and competitive rental rates. The bar and cafe offers a variety of affordable beer/wine and light food fair before, during and after all performances. The architectural hallway and inviting lobby entrance into this 3,500 square foot basement is decorated with a rotating art show. Visual artist throughout the New York area and the world are showcased and on a bi-monthy basis. All displayed artwork is for sale. Monthly, daily and weekly shows include dance, comedy, drama, burlesque, drag, improvisation, film screenings, lectures, meditation and yoga societies. We are happy to boast being the home of "The New Acting Company", a reputable and critically acclaimed children's theater since 2000. The C.O.W. supports the New York community with any and all whimsical based ventures. We look forward to making your whimsy come true!
