Cannibals Collaborates
with the
Museum of Contemporary Craft

The news for October at Cannibals includes an exciting exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Craft. Heather Griggs, the new director of the Gallery at the museum, has invited Cannibals to provide an installation of dimensional work for the month of October. This opportunity helps to elevate the exposure of mixed media work, as it will hold forth the display in the street side front windows of the museum itself. Many more people will have the ability to view this marvelous selection of offers by the gallery group, and ,hopefully, come to understand the "freshness" of recycled material art.
It is a terrific validation, and nod to this vision of work when an affiliate of a PNCA mounts such a show. The gallery will host a reception for the artists (open to the public) on Wednesday, October 5, from 6 to 8 PM. Please come and support the newest expansion of this recognition of our impact and additons to the conversations in art.
